Can I Customize the Frame Design, Lens Color, and Logo?
Yes, you can customize various aspects of the sunglasses. While the overall frame and temple shapes are fixed due to mold limitations, we offer a wide range of customization options as listed below:
✅ Lens Customization
- Lens Material Options:
- PC Lens (Recommended for initial samples)
- TAC Polarized Lens (Ideal for glare reduction, not suitable for high-impact sports)
- PCPL & Photochromic Lens (Premium options; availability depends on model compatibility)
- Base Tint Colors:
- Brown, Grey, Yellow, Pink, Green, and more.
- Lens Coating Types:
- Mirror Coating, REVO Coating, or other specialized finishes.
✅ Frame & Temple Material
- Available materials: PC, TR90, G850 (eco-friendly)
- All frame shapes can be made in PC.
- TR90 and G850 availability varies by model.
- For sampling, we recommend PC material due to better availability and faster lead time. TR90 and G850 often require higher MOQs and longer production times.
✅ Frame Color (Spray Paint Customization)
- Provide the Pantone color code(s).
- Frame and temple can be painted in different colors.
- MOQ for mass production: 300 units per model per color.
✅ Rubber Parts Customization
- Default rubber parts (e.g., nose pads and temple tips) are black.
- Custom colors available (some may have MOQ requirements).
✅ Logo Customization
- Please provide AI file of your logo.
- Indicate placement: lens or temple.
- Two options:
- Printing
- Laser engraving
(Each method results in a different visual finish.)
✅ Packaging Options
- Standard packaging available.
- Custom packaging also available based on your design and specifications.
