What certifications do your sunglasses products meet?
To ensure optimal performance and user safety, our sports sunglasses can be manufactured to meet the following international safety and quality standards:
🇺🇸 ANSI Z87.1 (USA)
- Standard for impact resistance and optical clarity.
- Widely required in industrial, construction, and high-performance sports eyewear.
- Products marked with Z87+ meet high-mass and high-velocity impact tests.
🇪🇺 EN ISO 12312-1:2013+A1:2015 (EU)
- European standard for sunglasses and fashion eyewear.
- Covers UV protection, optical clarity, mechanical strength, and field of vision.
- Ensures lenses provide adequate UV400 protection and meet optical category requirements.
🇦🇺 AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 (Australia/New Zealand)
- Regulates lens performance, UV protection, and frame durability.
- Includes tests for impact resistance, optical quality, and light transmittance.
Optional: Ball Drop Test / High-Velocity Impact Test
- For models used in cycling, running, or tactical sports, we can arrange additional impact resistance testing (such as 22mm steel ball drop test from 1.3m) upon request.
UV Protection
- All lenses can be manufactured with UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
- Optional polarized and photochromic lenses available for glare reduction and adaptive sunlight control.
Material Safety & Eco Compliance
- Frame and lenses can be produced using BPA-free materials.
- G850 eco-material (bio-based) available for sustainability-focused brands.
- Compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental safety standards upon request.
