Our Ski Goggle Manufacturing Process
Frame Production
- Material: We use thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a durable and flexible material, for frames.
- Process: Frames are crafted by injecting molten TPU into molds, ensuring precision and strength.
- Customization: Frames can be painted or hydrographically printed to create specific colors or patterns based on customer requests.
Lens Fabrication
- Material Selection: Lenses are made from polycarbonate, offering excellent impact resistance and optical clarity.
- Shaping: The lenses are precisely cut and heat-molded into the desired curvature.
- Coating: Anti-fog, anti-scratch, and UV-protective coatings are applied for superior durability and performance. Custom coatings are available upon request.
- Inner Lens: Double-lens ski goggles feature a primary outer lens and a secondary inner lens, working together to reduce fogging and enhance durability. We use premium Italy Mazzucchelli inner lenses to ensure optimal anti-fog performance.
Foam Application
- Ventilation Foam: A thin foam layer is added to facilitate airflow and reduce fogging.
- Face Foam: Multiple layers of foam are attached inside the frame for a comfortable and secure fit. We also offer thicker nose foam customization, ideal for Asian consumers.
Strap Assembly
- Production: Straps are made from elastic materials and designed for adjustability, providing a customized fit.
- Attachment: Straps are securely fastened to the frame, with options for clips or other mechanisms to ensure helmet compatibility.
